Yes, to cancel your Autoship, you must mail or fax a note to Life Force International (the fax number and mailing address will be included with your first order) stating that you would like to cancel your Autoship. You must include your Pin Number (which you will receive with your first order) as well as sign the note you send them.  If you do not want to cancel your Autoship, but merely wish to skip receiving an order one month, you can simply call the Life Force Member Services (you will receive the number with your first order) and verbally request that they skip your Autoship for that month. Whether you are canceling or skipping a month, the requests must be received by Life Force International 5 days before your Autoship due date. For example, if your products are scheduled to be shipped on October 20, Life Force Member Services must receive your cancellation or skip request no later than October 15.

How Do I Pay for my Autoship?

You can pay for your Autoship by credit card or "check by fax," both of which are available at this website.  Payment by checks and money orders will be the one-time price only.

What is "Check By Fax"?

You simply fax a check with the word VOID written on it to the fax number listed on the order form page. The company will then deduct the amount electronically from your bank account (also known as a bank draft).
